My lovely niece had a baby in December. She wanted a baby sized rocking horse for the baby’s room – functional and decorative. I searched Google Images for a design I liked then changed the dimensions to suit my needs.
I liked this design because of the high back and arm rails to keep our precious cargo from falling out!

The first pic is the horse just finished and the second is the horse in the baby’s room.

Very cool. We have a 9 month old GR. Granddaughter so I’ll be making one of these soon, too.

Nice work on it. I like your design!!

Cheers, Jim

Nice job on the rocker Ray. This does have a much safer design than most out there. The ambrosia maple looks great.
