A simpler door this time. One side of the pallet slats were planed to 9/16, the other left with it’s patina. The frame is simple studs with a slot 5/8 wide (That’s as wide as I can go with my dado set on my el cheapo table saw.). All joints are using 2 – 3/8 dowel rods through mortise and tenon joints.
The “in” side is sanded and has 4 coats of poly. The “out” side is a grey stain wiped to try and match the patina. Not too successful on that the dried color isn’t as close as it was wet nor on the scrap piece I tested it on.
