Finished the Tall Tables to go with my Tall Chairs !
I used the front legs of the arm chairs to give the same outward camber that makes the tables very stable. The cross braces are the same pattern as the chair leg braces, doubled and half-lap jointed in the middle. The 1 1/2" space will allow for a market umbrella if you drill a hole in the middle table slat. The legs are attached to corner braces in the 2" skirt, making it easy for disassembly for storage if needed. Like my Patio Set tables, the top of the legs are under the side slats and won't collect rainfall.

Like the chair plans, the table is 3 heights by cutting at marked lines on the leg pattern. There are 2 hole locations and brace lengths for the Counter table and the Deck & Bar table. The legs are wider and and the brace is higher than the chair footrests and the skirt is 1/4" higher than the arms of the chairs in each height, allowing them to go further under the table.

Hope to have the plans finished by May 1st.

Thanks for looking.

P.S…...made the table top into a 24" as well….included in the plans…now available on Etsy in digital

Wow, Phil! These are really nice! I just refinished my beach chairs as they live out next to our fire pit. Looking at the folding chairs, but these really might make me rethink that. Our madrona tree is pretty low over our patio, so I'll have to check out the height options when you publish the plans. I just checked out your site again the other day. I need arms for the chairs next to the fire pit, so may just save the beach chairs for camping and boating outings. Hope your plans are selling like hotcakes. Take care.

They look very nice. Are the materials prototype of certain painted wood?
Thanks

Boy I really like what you have done here. We have been looking at a bar height set for out on the deck….but have not seen anything I like as much as this.
I certainly would be interested in a set of plans ….....

Thanks Chris….appreciate all the comments recently….and yup, the chair plans are selling very well. I will have a combo package as well with the tables. Check out what my Customer DSwoodsolutions in Orlando is doing with the Deck chair in Baltic plywood and domino's….look Ma…no screws or plugs…lol. The whole chair is cut out of one 4×8 sheet.

Thanks…yes, they are all just natural HD knotty pine shelf boards and 2×10's. I will be spray painting them with Solignum Bright White marine enamel to match all my others.

Thanks Brian….buy them off eBay.ca when I get them uploaded in a week or so. That way you don't pay 1.29 exchange since they are sold to Canucks only in CDN funds.

Thanks…..I decided today to also make a 24" table top and cross braces for the plans, if you guys wanted a smaller table just for drinks and snacks. This is the Deck height….looks good so far. Will post a pic when done.
