Made this buffet for my wife, this has been my first “large” project that I have done. All joinery is mortise and tenon with hand cut dovetails for the drawers. All components were milled from 5/4 lumber and resawn for all door and back panels

great job for your first major project came out real nice.the only thing that looks off is the piece between the two top drawers on the left,it’s darker and your eye is drawn right to it.your wife should be quite happy with it.

-- sawdust the bigger the pile the bigger my smile-larry,so cal.

I really like the cherry/walnut combination. Great job!

-- Chris - Would work, but I'm too busy reading about woodwork.

Loving the colour combo! The missus must be really glad having not just any storage cabinets, but one that was personally handmade by her loved one from his first MAJOR project. Congrats!
