Soooo…. this just happened.

I have spent the past couple weeks optimizing and improving my table saw capacity.

Creating a dedicated system for my saw was priority #1.

Made out of 2×4’s, plywood subbase top, with melamine top. had to split top due to rack/pinion fence track of the dewalt

Also ripped the 2×4’s to create a edging to hide the plywood/particleboard edges.

The beautiful thing about this is that I will continue to add to this system.

Dust collection
router table lift

So this will be an ongoing saga…

Great build. Turned your saw into a high end piece of machinery.

I am planning to upgrade my fence with the VerySuperCoolTools fence that way I can get rid of the rear guide rail.
Like Yours, the front guide rail will need to be fabricated from scratc but you will get full use of the table.
