I finished this bench at the end of last year. Figured I should start logging my builds here since I never feel like I get much done. Top is 3 in thick and all is construction grade lumber other than the vise chops that are beech with some walnut on the leg vise to add width. Was a heck of a build and took a good amount of time but glad to have the good work holding available now!

What a wonderful split top bench! Love it.
It looks like a bench, that will be your best pal.
