I made it in the wood shop at wahoo high school. I used quarter sawn white oak. I used a ogee router bit
And I used ting oil for the finish

Quartersawn white oak is so pretty with the all the rays. So very nice. Your use of a Classical Roman Ogee bit is unusual but very well executed on your stool.
