Using a spalted log found along the roadside, my wife and I collaborated on this piece. Her photo of Utah Lake is printed on aluminum and floats on a backing of random spalted boards.

that is just plain gorgeous.that spalted wood is incredible but doesn’t take away from the print itself.nice collaboration aaron.

Fantastic addition to any decor.

I like the random effect of it!

Well, I cannot draw straight lines, or color in the lines either; maybe explains WHY I like this so well!

talk about repurposing and in such a stunning manner – that could well have been nothing more than a whisp of smoke
