Main board made of walnut, 41cm diameter, 23mm thick, finish food friendly wood oil. Bottom plate – 18mm playwood, 20cm diameter, finish 2 coats of spray laquer. Rotating mechanisam from E-Bay. I cut circles on bandsaw jig.

Love these unit maj’... I use them extensively…

I think these are one of the most underated pieces of equipment one can use in either the workshop or real life!

That lazy susan is stunning. I couldn’t have it in my house because I would get too distracted just staring at it.

Very nice lazysusan. Ever wonder how that name came about. I also made the care out of walnut, then a dark walnut stain on it.

Just redid mine. Got very dirty and beat over the years. Thru the planer and a quick sanding. Sprayed Helmsman on it and it is like new. So now you know what to do when this needs freshening up my friend.
