I’ve had this in mind for a while now, so when I made a mistake on a zig-zag pattern cutting board (missed a step to make it end grain), I cut down a few pieces and made this. It was quite a test of my fitting abilities (fail lol) and learned that I can’t trust the gauge on my mitre saw.
9-1/2” Round cheese section is on a lazy susan bearing so guests won’t have to handle the cheese to get their preferred cutting angle. It’s about 21” long over all. Finished with beeswax and mineral oil mixture.
