These are 3 projects I made for the park this winter.
The first is a cabinet for the sound equipment for the band. It is made of oak plywood.
The second is new table for our router. It replaces a rickety metal table and is made from 5/8 maple plywood.
The third is a planer table to replace the low table we had before that would not roll very well. It is made from 5/8 maple plywood also.
Both tables have locking casters and paddle switches. They are very simple but functional1
Cheers, JIm

I like a good snow storm but summer sure sounds good right about now, kinda like where you’re at – looks and sounds like a fun park – band, wood shop….a bar? great job, Jim, and I’m sure all were greatly appreciated!

Sounds like paradise at the park Jim. Nothing like improving things for the community. Nice work.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.

Jim, Very GOOD!
COOL projects that will make a huge difference in the shop…
I can’t figure out WHY a school band would need sound equipment…
What kind of band? Regular marching band; I can’t see it… They generate sound Big Time!
A dance band maybe could use it… but… (??)
Now, an Orchestra could use it if they wanted to boost violins & other low sound output instruments..
... all for indoor use…
When do you head Back to the Summer home? April sometime?
