We learned something again today! Your boards look lovely with the hand-painted designs.

I just cut my noodles by hand on my cutting board. I don’t dry them since we prefer them more chewy, like spaetzle. And our stove has something cooking on it too much of the time to cover it with a lovely board like yours. We would probably end up displaying something so pretty on our wall!

I too am wondering what a noodle board is. After posting this comment, I’m heading straight to Google to find out what it is and what do I do with one!
