A small box intended for water colour brushes, but it’s ended up a bit short for that. It’s plenty long enough to hold paint tubes instead.
The body is actually from a piece from an old wardrobe that I dismantled. Dodgy timber to be honest, but it had a nice figure and I managed to work round other knots. The walnut panel in the lid was from oddments & I found a lath long enough to do the shaped plinth.
A nice little project that overall has gone pretty well.

Nice job on your box. Keep up the good work!
