In my effort to organize my shop space I made a tool wall that hopefully will continue to grow. I cut a sheet of 3/4 inch plywood to roughly 4×6 and mounted it on my back wall. I made individual holders for most things I use when working. I mounted my Harbor Freight organizers at the bottom to hold all of my screws that I commonly use. There is space for most of my drill bits, table saw accessories, and measuring devices. Each time I get a new tool it will find a spot on the wall.

I like that you planned for expansion. So often we forget to do that.

Another thing that is handy is get one of those magnetic tool bars and mount somewhere, for the rogue tools, even if just temporary until you make it its own mount. Or if only used for accasional projects. Like this, mine is always used for something, lol
