Lumber: Sapele (dressed to 3/4” thick) and walnut (stand); mahogany panel
Size (cabinet only): 12.5” x 27” x 37”
Joinery: Dominoes
Sliding doors: Rabbets cut on the back (non-Japanese style)

Great work Chuck. I don’t think the photo does justice to the beautiful grain in those panels.

It would be a tree that is lighter then this bedside table would fit perfectly to our interior. Very good work. I would keep my papers there, essays, research papers. I will need to ask your husband to try to do the same.
