3D Cutting Board

First attempt at a 3D cutting board.
Wood is maple,black walnut and ash.
It was fun to make but I discovered the blocks/cuts have to be next to perfect, or any mistakes will be very noticeable.

Looks nice Phil. I think on all of the 3D type designs you need to keep the measurement close.

Very nice outcome! Does anyone have any tips to cutting the diamond shape pieces? I attempted this a while ago and could’nt quite get them perfect. The closest I got was setting my tablesaws blade at 30 degrees and making a rip cut, then measuring that distance and trying to recreate it with other species, but could not get them perfect. There does’nt seem to be much information on making them on the internet. At least specific directions..
