Here is a Jewelry Box I made for my daughter. This is a Wood Whisperer Guild project, designed by Marc Spagnuolo.

I made mine from Maple and Sapele. For a project that only has a footprint of 9×12 inches, there is a lot of woodworking packed into this. The drawers, and side cabinets all have hand cut dovetails, front and back. There is a sweeping curve across the front, and all the drawers are flocked, with either a grid pattern, or padded ring bars.

That turned out great. I wanted to buy the plans for this, but I forgot during his book pre-sale and the sale ended.

I’ve watched the videos for this project and I know how much work is involved here. Well done – it came out beautifully!

It was great, this project has almost 4 1/2 hours of videos. Very helpful when there is a complicated procedure you haven’t done before. Plus if you get stuck, or have a question, you send an email and get a reply within a day.
