Since I had a special request for a carved Polynesian Fish Hook for the lid of a box, I decided to do a few extras. The first one came out pretty well, and I was on a roll. These four are mango, opiuma, and two maple, and I hope they will find their way into some other projects. Each hook is about 1.5 inches tall and carved with a flat on the back to facilitate gluing to a surface. I rough sawed them with my band saw, and then did most of the carving with a Dremel. a little sanding and clear poly, and they are ready to go.

John, looking forward to seeing them attached to some great project. I like the look of them. Smooth sailing.
