I like those glue splices! Great idea. And thanks for the pictures of the guides for the slats.

My question is what blade are you using to get a glue-line rip out of that bandsaw!
I’ve never gotten what I’d call a clean cut out of a bandsaw.
Or are you sanding the slats after cutting them?
