Today I completed the fourth of four bandsaw boxes I made over the Christmas holidays, for my daughters-in-law and my two granddaughters. This one is for my oldest granddaughter, and is a smaller version of her Mom’s bandsaw box (a.k.a. ‘treasure box’).

Again, it is made with Cherry faces and Hickory insides. One drawer has a smaller inset shelf.

Dimensions are 9” x 6”. Finish is clear coat with General Paint’s Arm-R-Seal, satin.

Hope you all like it :-)

Your form is the best I’ve seen for band saw boxes. The “feet” you put on it is subtle but very eye-catching. I think your putting the pulls off center and not level work against such a fine form.
