It has been awhile since I have been active in the garage but I decided to build this nightstand for my younger daughter as a Christmas gift that includes a digital photo frame inside. The main nightstand is built out of curly red oak with the drawer made from maple (drawer face is birdseye maple). I need to learn not to wait until the last minute (I started this right before Thanksgiving) but it still turned out pretty decent and she likes it.

As a side note, the electrical outlet cover is crooked in the picture I took while in the shop last night but was fixed before giving to my daughter today

Nice job! Also thanks for fixing that outlet plate, my OCD was driving me crazy.

Very interesting table, flip top. Can’t say I have ever seen that on a bedside table, but for the use you have built into it, it serves for access to the digital pic, and as stated the power box for the pic frame, as well as the CPAP. A lot of thinking for it’s intended use is evident, and makes this a winner.

Thanks for posting.
