I’ve finally got her done. This is the first project that I’ve done, that isn’t a tool, or something for the shop. I think it turned out ok. The only thing I would do differently next time is use wood dye instead of paint so more of the wood grain comes through. I don’t like making something out of wood, and then covering it up with paint. But, it’s what my girl wanted. It does what it’s supposed too, and doesn’t look half bad. I think I’m gonna cut out some boot shapes and paint em black to attach to the bottom, but idk yet.

I like it, a Santa coat rack, holdie thing. It keeps it fresh doing all kinds of projects, and let’s face it jigs are great to have, but sometimes they just don’t satisfy the creative juices.

Thanks for posting, and Merry Christmas. By the number of stocking hats looks like a big family.

We had no where to hang them. First Christmas in the new house. My girlfriend asked me to come up with something.

Yeah, there’s a bunch of us. Me, my girlfriend, her 2 boys, my 2 boys, and my baby girl. And the youngest, our 3 month old Black and Tan Coon hound. My next project is actually gonna be something to hold his bowls off the floor. He’s getting tall. Quick

Good looking Santa stocking holder.

You have to make sure and post at least one picture with your “shop helper” with a nickname since “3 month old Black and Tan Coon hound” is a bit long winded :+)

Our 7 yr old Springer still does goofy stuff like that. Tucker looks very happy.

Great , I’m not talking about the project which is also good , I m talking about the whole package. Small Worksop is great, I feel your pain or pleasure with that. By the way your right , paint on good wood not good.
Nice one
