Project by Roman - THE BOOTMAN posted 12-02-2018 12:33 AM 525 views 0 times favorited 5 comments Add to Favorites Watch

A couple of years back my wife and I had a short holiday in the interior region of British Columbia, namely Penticton, B.C. a well developed wine producing area. My nephew, a silviculturist, found this pile of stacked and nicely cut grape wood. The logs were roughly 24 inches in length and 5 to 6 inches in diameter. How long this pile of wood was in existence I am not too sure but I quickly piled enough wood to fill the trunk of my wife’s car. I was prepared to suffer holding our suitcases on my knees!
The wood is quite dense and has a varied colour beneath it’s bark. The whiter looking wood has a distinct pinkish colour. Anyone for a Red!!??
Enjoy the drink!

Nice work, as usual, this one looks more like a slipper, but that ’s my view, keep on the good work, You still have a trunk load to finish, Bravo.
