Had a couple friends ask me to make them a cigar holder, and I chose Padauk. I had seen this design somewhere online, so I tried it out. Very pleased with how it came out. No finish for fear of the heat of the cigar burning it.

Interesting, does it hang over? Wondering what happens as the cigar is smoked down, is it supposed to burn the wood?

therealSteveN – I made it rather small, maybe 2 inches wide, so If the smoker intends to smoke it down past that I hope they hold it.
