I had a cheap IKEA laundry bag holder and it was falling apart, so I decided to build one for everyone in my house. I found the bags online, and bought them, then measured accordingly and created a simple stand for the bags to hold our dirty laundry. It was my first time using my Shop Fox Mortiser, and what a difference it made! I used poplar for the frame, which I mortise and tenoned, and used pine boards with Kreg jig screws for the slats. Stained with dark walnut and finished the first one with spray on lacquer, but the second and third I finished with polyurethane, and I like that much better.
