Letter openers\ Wooden knifes

A couple of letter openers, made with small pieces laying around the shop, the first has a walnut burl blade with an oak burl handle with amboynas spacers, number two is made with a purple heart blade and file work on the spine, the handle is deer antler.

Awesome! I never would have thought of wooden letter openers. Those look outstanding.

I haven’t seen these type of letter openers in a long long time.They used to be very popular here in the UK when I was young, anyway beautiful work wish I owned one as they are very handy too. Alistair
