Had the privilege of making the presentation box for the gift presented to the Guest of Honor for our local 243rd Marine Corps Birthday Ball.
I had asked the Ball coordinator if I could be of any help. She said the unique shape of the scotch bottle presented a challenge in trying to find a suitable box or container.
After a few searches, I spotted a box that looked like an ammo box – Bingo!!!
I took the bottle dimensions and adjusted fires to create the perfectly sized, aged pine, ammo box for the bottle – rope handles and all.
The top was designed by one of our incredible graphic artist at the command and lasered locally.

Nicely done my friend. You never stop giving to others. A true gentleman.

NICE work. Improvise, adapt and overcome.
