Lucy, you’ve got some ’splainin’ to do!

This is a commissioned piece for a co-worker and friend, ordered as an X-Mas Present.

I added the signature in at the last second and am really happy I did – it adds a lot to the work I think.

Lucille Ball was one classy dame and one HELL of an actress! I really enjoyed doing this piece & I hope he likes it!

This was done on solid 1/8” thick Redwood – a soak in lemon oil brings out the shine. It is backed by thick felt.

Piece measures 8×10 1/2 inches.
