I made these up after being inspired by Mary Anne’s how to tittled “who cut the cheese” so i would like to thank her and all who inspired her as well. I made mine from maple, cherry and purpleheart. I have already give one away for a birthday gift and the rest will be for Christmas Gifts. if your thinking about trying to make some of these check out the how to @ “” and and go for it, I’m sure you will enjoy making them.

I have been wanting to make some of these have all the parts and the boards ready for a kref….. but dont have a band saw and have been tinkering with how to get a good cut on the table saw. Any Ideas?

Sweet. Wild wood choices. They look great.

Chuck: Max did some without a bandsaw. He used a very small router bit for the groove.

Good job, Dave.

Those turned out very nice. I added strips to mine between the glue ups. I also was inspired by SPalm and Mary Anne.

Where did you find the hardware for that? I’m building one myself and just finished putting the board part together, but I’d like some off-the-shelf cutting hardware if possibly.

These boards are so outstanding and the pattern is beautiful. I love the three chosen species of wood and wonderful contrasting nature between them. Well done!
