Just a bit of an update on some small Ringmaster bowls that didn’t sell in years gone by. Decided to try some Lichtenberg work on them to see how that would work.

The first pic shows a couple of small poplar bowls that didn’t sell as bowls, so they were updated to ‘cookie jars’ and STILL didn’t sell so they got this treatment. Third time’s a charm??

The second pic is just a few poplar bowls.

The third pic is a couple of red oak bowls. The electrolyte solution seems to ebonize the oak and make it look green. The smaller one was left as is to show off the contrast with the original interior finish. The larger oak bowl was bleached to bring back the normal oak color.
