How can anyone really say what a gorgeous job you did!

I bet it now looks a lot better than it did NEW!

wow rough condition indeed,you did an incredible job bringing that back to life,good for another 100 years.

WOW – excellent work and attention to detail.

I remember as a kid, my grandfather would bring home
a big block of ice strapped to the running board of his car.
and the “ice box” was not big enough to just stand there with
the door open “trying to find something to eat” (like we do today).

again, awesome job and thank you for sharing such a cool project !!
[that brings back fond childhood memories]

My wife & I started out with just such an icebox – part of a rental apartment at college. But this was a area with daytime temps over 100 deg., so within the first month we bought a refrigerator!

I’ve seen several old ice boxes that have been restored over the years and I never remember seeing one done to this quality. Beautiful work!
