Make your own PVC dust collector FITTINGS
I was in need of quite a few PVC pipe fittings for my dust collection ducting and some time ago I found this guy making his own (link below) and decided to make my own system too and save my self lots of Euros.

Thanks for the tip, several of the posts on the video ask about using paste wax for easier removal from the forms, did you use any type of release agent to help make the PVC come off the forms easier?

At first when I was taking the photos I tried it as is and it was a bit stubborn on the female one, the male I used the cutoff circle and came out easy. Then I did use some paste wax on the female and it seams to come off easier. So yes, the wax I does help. I also believe if you sand it down to 300 it will also slide off the MDF easier !
