The second bowl looks like walnut to me. The first one reminds me of oak, but I’ll stop short of saying it looks like oak. Your compound angles look good on the corners; I’d like to learn that trick.

Both are quite unique in that they are slab sided bowl shapes. Crispy miters look great. No clue on that first wood, but it has enough varied character I’ll throw Sycamore out as a guess, but if it is, it’s sliced on a strange bias. I agree second one looks Walnutty, with some sap, absolutely crisp corners, make that razor edged baby an eyeful.

One is Eucalyptus and the other is walnut.
Steven you have a good eye both are hand planed that’s how I kept the crisp edges or hard lines. Something that’s easily lost with sanding
The corners have dominos to give them long life’s
