The Boss saw a Flat Pack cabinet in a catalog…

And wanted to know IF I could build one….well, about 20-30bf feet of white oak, and a bunch of Pine for the inside woods..I think I got fairly close. Frame & panel doors, Dovetailed drawer front. Topper is held in place with cleats..

The goal was to reduce the footprint needed in that spot…to allow “wider bodies” clearance to get to the next room.

Bottom shelves are just pine. “Weathered Oak stain” then two coats of Amber Shellac…feet have plastic, nail on pads, to allow this to slide across the floors as need be.

There is a build along blog….for more info. Thanks for looking in.

Nice job, the biggest plus is the 10th time the Boss opens a door, it won’t fall off like the melamine nightmare of the pic she showed you.

Thanks for posting.
