I started my router table about 3 weeks ago. It seems like one thing after another came up to slow progress.
Today I got the chance to apply some finish and get my hardware on. The work surface is from an old solid core door. it’s 1 3/4” X 29” X 21” the box is 3/4 oak ply wood and the drawer fronts and trim are Santos Mahogany. The insert is corian, I’ll be using my old Ryobi router for the time being. Looking forward to using it in the morning.

Great job. That is a very nice table. Just send the blueprint my way because that is a long way above my skill level ha.

Great looking router table. I intend to build one sometime but I have a problem figuring out just what I want and how to get started on it. Looks like you have a nicely designed, very practical unit there that should last you for many years.
Please let us know how it works.

Nice looking router table. I am building one this week as well. I am still undecided on how I will build the fence, but you have convinced me to return the plexiglass and use Corian for the insert – great thinking.
