Wife's 2018 Christmas carving

Every year we get another Christmas themed carving for the house. This year it was done quite early. She helped with the painting. My own design, carved from Russian Lipa, acrylic pants, gel stain antique. Flowers are from a craft store, too small for my talents.

That is a very nice Jolly Old St Nick there. He looks like a character, I’ll just bet he’ll drink all your Milk, and eat every Cookie in the house.

Santa looks a lot like your LJ picture with that awesome beard. What a great family Christmas tradition. You should post a picture of the entire collection of carvings so we can see all of them.
