Made this a few weeks ago for my granddaughter’s 16th birthday. (She loved it!) Made it from mahogany, walnut, and lauan plywood. Oh, and the pull is maple. Finished with spray satin lacquer and lined the drawer with maroon felt.

I like that. Most folks try to hide the entrance cut, you turned it into a feature. Maybe that isn’t new, but it’s the first I’ve seen, and I like it.
