I made these for a small coffee shop. It was fun and really straightfoward. 6 alternates triangles. 60 deg angles.
Easy as ABC.

Nice looking little Hexagons. Are they on a lazy Susan type rotating base?

Are those Damston brand clamps shown in your glue up? Do you like using them?

Thanks for posting, the pics explain it well.

They are mounted on standard steel base.

Yes the clamps are damstom’s and I like working with them

I got 4 of them in trade for some work I did. Haven’t had a chance to use them yet though. Haven’t made a panel in a while. That is about to change with Christmas coming up, lots of gifts to make.

Nice segmented job AL...

Just as an FYI (if you havent hears of Mitreset)...
When it comes to mitre cuts, I have both an Incra Mitre 1000 and a Festool Kapex which I have believed in religiously until I had the need to make more than 6 segments per circle. I faked it but was never 100% happy when it came to perfect 360° segmented cuts. I heard about (and bought) a Mitreset package and have never looked back? There are a number of videos showing the ease of use… I was going to say ”unfortunately they don’t help in glue up”, however, on retrospect, with the extra precision of the angles, clamping is ”more stable”.
