I recently added a SawStop 1.75 hp professional to my shop. It was a replacement for my Dewalt contractor’s saw. Holy cow, what a difference! My Dewalt was built into a cabinet that also included a fold down outfeed table. After getting the SawStop assembled, one of my first projects was to build an outfeed table for it.

I constructed my outfeed table from 2×4s. I basically followed a Wood Whisperer plan that he in turn got from Norm. L shaped legs support a frame topped with 3/4” ply. The plywood is topped with hardboard. The table is 71” wide, 32” deep and 34” tall. I used a palm router to add the miter slot tracks.

The table is beefy and should serve me for years to come. I apologize for the lack of photos. I have gotten in the bad habit of not taking photos during construction, and this is limiting what projects I post here.

Thanks for looking!
