Padauk and Maple cutting board. First time working with padauk. Interesting end grain colors. All and all pretty happy with it.

Came out great, padauk shines, gives volume to the complete board.

Padauk is one of my favorite woods but it sure leave a lot of “rust” colored dust around.
That it a real good looking cutting board.

Just found a Padauk board in my shop. Looking for ideas. How does the color hold up over time?

Nice looking board.

not sure. This is the first time i’ve used padauk. I’ve heard it turns more red/brown over time.
