The wife and I needed a place to store papers for active projects, so I put this piece together out of pine. The pockets are made from hardboard; one sheet on the back and 2 slanting forward, each supported by a thin dado on either side. It is finished with only a single thin coat of polyurethane.

Clever idea. Like the little shelf at the bottom. Looks much better than those plastic ones, of course.

Nice, I also like the shelf at the bottom. Most people don’t do that.
