Power Tool & Router Wall Storage

I just made a charging station a few days ago and I was left with the conundrum of a similar concept but with oddly bulky and disproportioned wxhxd… so a circular saw, jig saw and a reciprocating saw with three chargers got me this idea. All is 3/4” birch ply, trying to keep it matching. Under the top shelf of the router and Bosch tools is a long magnet for jigsaw blades, router collet wrench, etc. It is hanged with a French cleat on each.
And sorry for the router pic. It was fine before I uploaded it. Now it’s a head-turner

Sorry James, Normally I refuse to look at posts that make my brains pour out of my ears, however, you got me… the gotcha was on the last happy snap.

May I suggest for future posts, is to remove the metadata before uploading… If you haven’t got a remover, here is a freebie for stripping JPEG only files (nope… they’re not paying me for spruiking… I just want to keep my remaining few brains in my noggin). Alternatively, you can always upload the picture to LJ which will strip the metadata, download it (from your upload), rotate it and re-upload it.

PS. At least you had the decency to notice and appologise for the oopsie.

PPS. The organisation is not too shabby!

Nice project. I cut the cords on my routers to about a foot, and added a plug. That way no messy 6ft cords to rap around the router that is on the shelf. Works for me!

“And sorry for the router pic”

Don’t be, I figured out that’s a magnetic strip holding a wrench collet and a tape measure.

Great wall storage ideas!
