A pair of slider top boxes I just completed. I wanted to keep the design very basic and simple so I could complete them quickly and keep the price at $199
The first one is Leopardwood and Tiger Maple with a removable tray and a leather lined bottom.
The other one is salvaged Red Cypress with a leather bottom.
Both are 9×6x4-1/2” and finished with Danish Oil

Nice and elegant. Great combination of wood. Should be a popular seller.

Stumpy could sponsor a 5k and we could all run in it. Then Bill could show us how to do CPR when we’re finished.

Like the design, surprised how good the cyprus looks! How about a pic of the trays inside?

Even though they both have the same basic design, and I think they look great, I think the second box with the “raised panel” look and the wood selection is really nice.

Beautiful—and I love the shapes. How did you achieve the curves—pre- or post-assembly? Bandsaw, I presume?
