Travel size 3D Chess board for my brother-in-law made out of leftover Alder thins. Stained the dark tiles, left the light tiles natural.

This is brilliant. You’ll never have to worry about wood movement that plagues many people’s chess boards while making it interesting to play. Great job!

Agree with above and not only that it is beautiful! I am a horrible chest player, but I love the beauty of the game pieces and boards. I have plans for making a scroll saw version.

great look! Excellent design and construction. You can actually play on your board, some are just for looks. Hope you have lots of fun playing chess. I know I love to play. Thanks for inspiring
