Large picnic table..
Custom cut W. red cedar, 2.25” x 6” @10’ (15 pc.)
Overall length came out at 9’, table top width at 40”.
Everything was left rough cut, I used a router to soften the edges and a Pocket Surform to lightly go over the top and seats.
Table top fastened with 6” ceramic screws and holes plugged afterwords. Simple 3/8 carriage bolts hold the main structure together.
Before assembly everything was given one coat of Duckback stain(translucent), while the tops of seats and table got two coats.
Was assembled in place as the top was enough for two to have a hard time with. Fun Fun

Looks great, and it’s a good size for a get-together. Wonderful accessory for your BBQ. ;)
