My wife asked for a wine rack, but space is limited. We don’t want to hang anything else on the walls, and we don’t have room for a cabinet that would have to sit on the floor. But I came up with the perfect solution—incorporate the wine racks under the basement steps. I turned that area into a closet several years ago to convert unused empty space into storage space. So, I built four wine racks, each holding seven bottles. The bottles are stored on their side and are in a cool space. Problem solved!

Great solution…........but it is already full. Time to start drinking or making a wine rack.
