Walking Cane

Just finished this cane, it is made of oak for the staff, walnut and blood wood for the handle, the ring is also made of blood wood. This cane is going to the wounded warrior program here at Fort Riley as I have the honor of making custom canes for the wounded soldiers here on the post.

Bless you for making those for the vets Top Soldier! Bless you for your service. I happen to be a disabled Vet myself and occasionally on a cane but, happens I make my own. I have my daily one pictured on my projects if you’re interested. But that’s a thought I hadn’t thought. I could always gift a few at my local VAMC too.
