Project Information

Just a little Coffee table built for a friend of my Daughter, approx 24" by 46" solid Oak except for the crib board which is 3/4" B.B. Ply. Went with 1/4" pin hinges from L.V. set in Brass inlays to allow for 270 degree lid swing, worked great.
Legs frame was M.T. and the top apron D.T.s. Drawers all 3/4" Oak with alf blinds on the face.
Stained Dark Walnut and finished with Arm-R-Seal except for the inside of the drawers which received OSMOs
Turned a few weird looking pegs to complete the package. Cost of the Material just shy of $500 CAN.
4/4 oak in Feb was $7 bd/ft now $12 ????
Project was longer and harder than I expected for some reason?

Wow! Really great work! My wife would love something like this. Cribbage seems to be really big with a lot of the wives at bases we've been stationed at. Thanks for sharing!

Great work as usual Andre as. I bet that thing weighs a ton ;) I love your little helper in the first picture. As soon as I can get my space clean enough where he can't get into anything I will start letting my dog in the shop with me.
