Just a little Coffee table built for a friend of my Daughter, approx 24” by 46” solid Oak except for the crib board which is 3/4” B.B. Ply. Went with 1/4” pin hinges from L.V. set in Brass inlays to allow for 270 degree lid swing, worked great.
Legs frame was M.T. and the top apron D.T.s. Drawers all 3/4” Oak with alf blinds on the face.
Stained Dark Walnut and finished with Arm-R-Seal except for the inside of the drawers which received OSMOs
Turned a few weird looking pegs to complete the package. Cost of the Material just shy of $500 CAN.
4/4 oak in Feb was $7 bd/ft now $12 ????
Project was longer and harder than I expected for some reason?

Wow! Really great work! My wife would love something like this. Cribbage seems to be really big with a lot of the wives at bases we’ve been stationed at. Thanks for sharing!

Oh wow! You’re showing us all how it’s done. Beautiful work Andre.

Great work as usual Andre as. I bet that thing weighs a ton ;) I love your little helper in the first picture. As soon as I can get my space clean enough where he can’t get into anything I will start letting my dog in the shop with me.
