Wave Sculpture #10 is a wall sculpture that captures the wave ripple motion so often found in nature. The waves are carved in artist quality Baltic birch plywood. The carving reveals the individual plywood layers resulting in a striking pattern of light and dark. The carving is approximately 8” x 8” and offset mounted in a black frame to give the impression the carving is floating in the frame. The frame is made from maple hardwood, mdf and acrylic paint.

You finally did one in plywood!
It is really a lot different than solid wood and really keeps the eye looking around.
I am willing to bet that photographs do not do this piece justice.
I really like this piece!
