I was aware of the weight that this would be required to hold so, I probably over engineered it. The internal frame of the stand is made out of 3/4 oak hardwood, all of the stretchers between the leg pieces were connected with loose tennon jointery. I added several cross braces going both side to side and lengthwise for added strengh.
